• This Taiwanese manufacturer develops batteries for a wide range of applications, including electronic devices, home energy storage systems, and EVs.
• During the warranty period, Heskon repaired the overseas-produced batteries on behalf of DynaPack and updated them to the latest firmware version.
• A new exchange with the European hub took place on a weekly basis, ensuring minimal waiting times for customers with defective batteries.

• PortaPower batteries from China and Taiwan are used across Europe in light electric vehicles.
• Heskon’s technicians work according to the manufacturer’s instructions and use approved replacement parts to ensure the original quality requirements are maintained.
• Batteries with faults covered under the factory warranty were collected from various European countries, and where necessary the Battery Management System (BMS) was replaced.
